People Leaving Saturn and Pontiac For?

In what may come to a shock to just about no one the USA Today reports:

A new study finds that owners of today's Pontiac and Saturn vehicles will take decidedly different paths when it comes time to buy their next cars

Uh Doh! Umm...Pontiac and Saturn are DOA! Dead! RIP! Of course they will take "decidedly different paths" next car buying go around! Doh!

The thing that may come to a shock is this...

Their top choice will be Ford, followed by Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Dodge, the study by Experian Automotive.

FORD is #1. Actually that doesn't come as a shock. I think Saturn at one time has made some good cars and some really bad cars. Pontiac on the other hand has made mostly bad cars. The people who purchased those bad cars were buying the MADE IN USA Label and will stay the same way but move on to Ford. But why not Chevy or Buick. May have to be fear of the unknown. First went Olds, then Pontiac, eventually Saturn and who knows what may happen down the line.
