Scion is set to reveal a "new" concept car at next months New York Auto Show. From the press release:
Scion will unveil a micro-subcompact concept car at the 2009 New York International Auto Show. The concept reflects Scion's youthful image and represents a new segment for the brand aimed toward the growing urbanization trend.
So all the auto blogs are speculating it'll be based on the Smart killer Toyota iQ. Which makes sense. Scion is losing it's youth market edge and selling the iQ as a Toytota might hurt it's somewhat upscale image. Well besides the Fit, Toyota tries to market itself as the Banana Republic of car companies and that GM is just Kmart. Or at least that is how the people are dressed in ads. Well find out more on April 8th.
