Dodge is trying so hard to let everyone know that they still make cars. Really! So they keep on introducing vaporware vehicles including the Dodge Circuit EV. Photog's have spotted some sort of electric coupe being tested so maybe they really do have something. Or maybe not. (dodge demon concept shown above)
