Next month at the Detroit auto show Ford will be releasing it's next "global styling theme" according to design director J Mays. The picture above is a rendering of what people believe will be the next Ford Taurus which is rumored to be part of the new "post-kinetic" design. It does look a bit like the Aussie Falcon with a mix of the European Mondero with the US market bic shaver Fusion too boot. I gotta admit I'm beginning to like the new Fords. It is beginning to look like J Mays is finally breaking out of his VW/Audi style book for something a tad different. Notice I say a tad. It's not a giant leap from Audi but it sure is a giant leap from current and past Fords.
