Picking On The Lincoln MKZ

Let's start with the interior.  The center stack looks cheap.  the vents on each side of the gps navigation / MS Sync look like ears.  I keep envisioning the screen as the head of some cartoon robot character with these two huge ears on each side.  The good thing is that the Ford GPS Navigation and the MS Sync have gotten very good reviews and are on top of any gadget geek auto lust list.

Moving down to the heating and radio controls.    The buttons look so small.  Really you expect older people which I'm assuming is the target market for Lincoln to be able to press those itsy bitsy buttons while still watching the road?  The knobs just look cheap and added on as if they just came from the Ford parts bin.  "Hey Lou got any radio controls laying around over there?"

The rear end. First those lines? It looks like they tried to make the seems not to match up and fit. Going retro to the 1970's and 80's when Ford cars were so badly put together huge gaps in between components could be seen and small animals could be lost. What you can't see in this picture is a really bad placed key hole for the trunk. It's just right below that Lincoln logo. It looks like they forgot about the key hole and just grabbed a power drill and placed it in as an after thought.
