Spyfotos show a new Accord based CUV that is expected to fall in between the CR-V and Pilot to take on Toyota's new Venza. The Venza is a very ugly creature in my opinion compared to the Accord CUV. Mind you I'm not a fan of the current Accord sedan or coupe's read end but this wagon is so much better.
The thing is the Chrysler Pacifica sold so bad the Ford Flex hasn't been meeting sales expectations so does the market really want the Venza or this Accord CUV?
Yes, the market is ready for the right vehicle. The Flex is just a fancy minivan albeit a pretty minivan. I saw one turning from Robertson on to Beverly the other night and it was nice eye candy in between two suvs. This new Accord CUV seems to have the right styling and size to make people feel comfortable with it. source
